So I've had a few OC's in my head for a long while and I really want them to realized, but it seems everyone needs refs for them before making the art of them? Which is kind of weird to me because how did you get the original ref art if they needed a ref art before making the ref art? IDEK! So I only have worded explanations of what I think they would look like and you can be as creative as possible!
So I am willing to look at offers people have as far as prices go, I am mostly interested in paying in TBT but for really koala-t work I might be willing to pay in real moolah. I am only looking for individual pieces for these bebes, I don't have a favorite style so please just say which style or better yet show me an example so I can know what I'm getting. =]

90's girl, late teens, short straight reddish brown hair, usually in sticking out piggy-tails, baby blue eyes, often sporting short cut-off overalls that are broken on one side (Optional patches on overalls of smiley faces/flowers/rainbows/aliens/peace signs) Wearing some sort of cropped t-shirt with designs on them (often a stegosaurus), usually wearing hi-top chucks, wears chokers with 90's stuff on them (like the patches), Band-aid on her knee, she skate boards so she can have a helmet on(her helmet and board are covered in lisa frank/vending machine stickers), sometimes wearing aviators, thin and tall, freckles on her face and arms, often sunburnt because she's so fair, often eating suckers/chewing double bubble gum.
Chubby mermaid, black and teal hair that is really long curly and dense(usually like a cloud following her), obligatory purple shell bra, peacocky mermaid tail with shades of purple/blue/green/teal, matching arm fins on the outsides of her forearms, scattered patches of matching scales on face/arms/torso, can be in or out of water, grey wide eyes, very light teal/blue skin, wants to be human (think little mermaid), often seen mimicking human things.
Chubby witch, black to silver/grey ombre hair, obligatory witchy fashion (black witch hat, black clothes), large white snake familiar, very pale skin, always made up with red lips, cat-eyeliner and blush, very clumsy(often messing things up/falling), wears giant shades and parasol when out and about, enjoys nature a lot.
