Well it's been 10 Minutes, she's yours now, Isabelle.

All you have to do is come to my town, talk to her and it'll give you an option to ask her if you'd like her to come to your town.
All you need is a space in your town then she'll start moving in the next day.

After you talk to her and ask her to move to your town, I'll end the session and skip to the next day so she'll move out as soon as possible.
