Title says it, I heard she was a popular villager but I am not too sure.
I would like it if people could make offers and I might just give her away.

I love Phoebe! I've never had her but she's my favourite looking Uchi. I'm super poor in Animal Crossing (I'm not sure how people manage to get millions of bells!) so I could probably only offer 300k max I'm afraid.
