Tbt bells for real items

I just read the tbt system on here. I will now start trading my items for tbt bells. Here is a rough idea of my pricing structure.

1.5 Million game bells (About 15 99k bags) Your cost 50 TBT bells
Any DLC including lightsabers etc.... Your cost 5 TBT bells per item
Complete gracie or holiday (seasonal) furniture set all 12 pieces 60 TBT bells each set
Complete regular or somewhat more common furniture set 10 TBT bells each set
Any shirt, pair of glasses, hat, umbrella or accessory etc..... 2 TBT bells each
Any other wallpaper, floor, furniture 2 TBT bells each
Throne or Royal Crown or ABD for your house 25 TBT bells each
Hybrid Flowers Take 15 of your choice (mix and match) for 50 TBT bells per 15
Magic Lamp (For Whisp and his weed eating function would be his best use) 20 tbt bells

Any fruit and regular flower free for visiting If you spend a lot of tbt bells with me I will most likely give a lot more than you actually order. I am not just going to say for example you give me 50 tbt bells and I say well you can only take 15 hybrids and not a single one more. You get the idea. It's just the principal of it.
