TBT bells won't transfer?

I'm on Google Chrome but I'm not sure what the problem is?
This pop up only happens if I try to transfer TBT bells.

I also can't seem to redeem the codes for Tickets either.

It's a bit weird at the moment. Took me a while to figure out what was going on. Here's what you need to do:

Click on their bells
Switch from bells to tickets
Switch from tickets to bells

And you should be good.

they explained to me that the redemption codes for tickets are only a one-time use
so only ONE person can redeem it
so you have to be quick about putting in the code because only one person can use it
