Automatic Bell Dispenser.
I believe it's when you're giving a person bells, if i'm correct, that is.

For the forum, it was basically where you could store your bells and collect interest, but due to being abused it was disabled.


Now it's pretty much pointless, unless you want to hide your tbt bells for whatever reason
