On one of their posts, you can click the amount of bells they have, type how many you want to send into the "amount" section, then hit submit.
You can also hit the currency mini tab in the header, hit bells, change the username to the user you want to send them to, then just the same as before, type in the amount and hit submit.
This thread shows how to do the second method with pictures, since it's a little more confusing, but I like using the first method since it's much more simple.
