There are many things that you may think are spam, but are in fact allowed.

Reasons why this is actually allowed is because 1) It has a purpose, 2) Pointless things aren't being repeated over and over, and 3) It makes sense. So yes, you can post things that may be "useless", but you cannot trash the board with nonsense.
