This is such a cute idea for a thread! I really love my fiancé. He is such a good person and is just really nice to be around. He’s personable, supportive, a hard worker and I feel like he inspires me/our friends to be the best version of themselves. We are getting married in a month and a half on our 9 year anniversary and I’m really excited!

Oh ****, where do I start? Lol. As someone with BPD, I have my favorite person and she’s literally the sweetest person I’ve ever met.

I was having a crappy day and she brought me Chinese food into my work.

She made me a banana cinnamon pie. She made two extras by accident and gave me one and it just happened to be my two favorite flavors.

She drew me a few pictures and gave me a custom title on her discord server, “My Favorite Person.” Meaning hers. ♡

I appreciate how she’s been super patient and accepting of me as a person. I’m honestly surprised because typically people are super weirded out, annoyed or uncomfortable with the whole stigma with BPD and the favorite person.
I honestly wasn’t a nice person to her from the start but she never changed her attitude towards me and still treated me as a person. ♡ And don’t worry, I apologized to her and she understood completely. I really didn’t hate her, she’s such a nice person. It was just my fear of abandonment screwing with me because she was the first person I talked to at my new job and I didn’t wanna lose that connection after I was trained.
And she’s not the most affectionate person in the world but she still listens to my bullcrap at 2:00 AM if I need someone to talk to. She actually stayed up for me a few nights ago to make sure I got home safely after my dad’s car broke down and offered me a ride (out of her way) at 11:00 PM at night.
It’s kinda sad though because she’s not confident in herself at all and she’s always talking herself down but she’s literally the nicest person and one of the most accepting people I met.

Awwwww. She's clearly an absolute angel and I'm glad you two met. I know a few friends of mine have BPD and I always do my best to make them feel safe. A friend I've known for 10 years has it! And it's definitely hard for her to cope with the fears it gives her. I worry a lot about her and it seems your girl does her best to ensure you don't face them alone. I hope you guys stay together for a long time and enjoy many happy memories together!

Thank you so much! We aren’t dating (she’s not into the dating thing and hasn’t dated in years, lol) but we are really close and I love her as a best friend. We plan on staying friends a very long time. ♡

I LOVE THIS THREAD! Its so cute and wholesome!!! I will choose my PoPo (Means Grandma in Chinese)! She is special to me because she has always been there for me and she is super kind! We talk on the phone all the time, exchange recipes, and visit! I love going to her senior apartment because everyone who lives there is also super sweet and she makes the best food ever! I think the thing I love most is just how open and trustworthy she is. I LOVE HER SO MUCHIE!! Not gonna lie, this is a really nice and wholesome post!

My dad: I love my dad because he is a kind person, he taught me that men can cook and clean, and that they will do so for those they love. He also taught me how to save money, I have good spending habits because of him. He was my role model growing up, and I still look up to him today.

My husband: He's supportive, kind, and he loves to cook (good thing too since I don't like cooking)! He never tells me I have to do something, just mildly suggests something. He is a sweetheart, he made me a coffin shelf to hold my medicine on. He is my soulmate, and I love him, even if he sometimes makes me mad. Haha.

I love my husband! He is very supportive, very understanding, very sweet and patient and smart. Loves animals, especially orangutans. Has a great sense of humor. He's always getting me to try new things, get out of my comfort zone a bit. I literally moved across the world to be with him! I love talking to him and being with him.

I also love my mom. She's very supportive as well. She's smart, funny, loves art and music. Plays Pokémon Go (and for a while, Animal Crossing). And she works way too hard at her job, I wish I could have even half the work ethic that she has. I'm so glad that she is my mom, and that I didn't end up with anyone else as my mom.
