The delay in release was absolutely worth the wait, it seems.

Personally I like the fact that power is granted to someone late game. It means you have to work for it, and it gives you time to plan everything out. It means when you get tired of something you set up, you can change it to make it fresh again.

i hope there's some restrictions on how much you can terraform but other than that, looks great

I hope you can only terraform within the beaches boundaries just so things don't get extremely crazy. Overall, this is such an exciting feature.
