That animation looks like a good start. I never heard of them, but apparently they write books and that is one of their books to animation adaptions which a lot have enjoyed.
Terry Pratchett is a great author. I've only recently started reading his books, but he basically writes fantasy with a lot of humor mixed in.
The clip you linked to is from his Discworld series. Most of the books can be read in any order. They take place on the same world, but don't necessarily tie into each other beyond some recurring characters. Here's a link to a site that has the order if you want to go chronologically, though, which is what I'm doing: https://www.discworldemporium.com/reading-order/
However, The Colour of Magic and The Light Fantastic are part 1 and part 2 of the same story and they should be read/watched back to back. I think they're the best place to start since they introduce you to the world and some of the main recurring characters. There is a live-action movie called The Colour of Magic that covers both parts. It's got Sean Astin and Tim Curry in it and while it's not top quality as far as special effects go, it is quite fun.
