Text editing of any kind is missing?

So all of a sudden all of my text editing bar has disappeared? It's honestly the strangest thing, I use Google Chrome and haven't had the problem before. I unistalled and reinstalled hoping it would fix it, but it hasn't. Does anyone else have this problem or even know how to fix it?

You mean on TBT?

Go to http://www.belltreeforums.com/profile.php?do=editoptions
Scroll right to the bottom, in the miscellaneous options section
Make sure your Message Editor Interface is either Enhanced Interface or Standard Editor

Well I clicked both options and still nothing's there. It looks like this (sorry if the image is big)

Presumably you, y'know, saved your settings and refreshed the page after clicking the options?

Otherwise, I'm not sure what could be causing it.

I did yeah, I honestly don't know what's causing it either :/ It was just fine the other day.
