Day 17! Hooray, it's Friday!!! Anyway, some of you may be wondering by now "why on Earth would Jami make a blog post when there's nothing exciting to write about?" That's a very good question. The reason is, in 20 years when I have a family on my own and somehow stumble across this website again, I can reread what I was doing in the year 2011. I use this more as a journal than a blog, but I digress. I guess you can call that a complex way of saying today was a do nothing day again! I went to school, got my hair cut, bought Monday Night Combat, and played some more Country. Golly the game's getting hard. I made it to the fourth world, and the first level took a loong time to complete. Not to mention I still haven't gotten all the puzzle pieces in a single level yet. Yep, this game will keep me quite busy. What else can I talk about... Oh, I can talk about Jazz Band! So our school has a Jazz Band for middle schoolers I've been attending the past two years. We always play one jazzy song then a rock song. We begin practicing Monday, though me and a few other kids got to take some preliminary practices so we can know what's going on when we start. I'm working on some cool drum fills and stick tricks to do to impress people when we perform. I mean, being a nerd, maybe this will be my chance to become cool haha! Wish me luck!
