I just wanted to say thank you to the staff of the site for hosting this event. I realize that a ton of planning most likely went into this and updating the sidebar while counting all of our points can be pretty time consuming. I am really enjoying this event and I know a bunch of us are, as well. (I would’ve signed up sooner if I knew there were events not requiring WiFi... oh well, I’m here!)

You are all amazing and I’m hoping that with the success of this World Championship, there may be a chance for another one in the future? Thanks again for this event! Know you are appreciated for all the work that went into this!

Yeah, honestly this has been such an amazing event, and I'm so grateful to all the staff and the huge amount of time and effort put into this event. ☺
Despite being busy atm, and wishing I could participate more, this event has literally been giving me something to look forwards to every day, and the wholesome community feeling has been really nice to be a part of.

I also have so much fun creating cheering art and spectating games with everybody on Discord (and also playing Mario Kart )

Yup! I'm very grateful for the staff organizing the event! I'm having so much fun participating because of playing against others, cheering for our teams, and making art! I'll have you know that I procrastinate drawing, so I can't imagine how quick the staff needs to be when adding new dates, live streaming sessions, and verifying submissions to add points, let alone having to deal with stuff in real life. I've definitely gotten a lot more laughs in the past week. A huge thank you to the staff and everyone else participating in the event! ❤

I agree on all of this! Honestly this is by far my favorite event I’ve participated in on tbt this far. I’ve never felt so connected and open to make friends here!

Thank you staff so much for you amazing work, you’ve helped me and probably so many others come out of their shell. Thank you so much for all the time and hard work you’ve put into this!!

Final thank you to everybody who participated as well. I’m happy to say I’ve made some friends and had an amazing time talking and playing with everybody, despite me being bad at most of the games haha.

Seriously, the work the staff are doing in order to organise everything and keep the show on the road is monumental - It is so appreciated. I am having a great time cheering on everyone in the streams, and taking part in games myself (that includes all the times I have been absolutely annihilated in MK ). Thank you so much to all of you

And it is testament to how great the community is on here that we can be divided into teams and not have any bad-blood or salty-ness get in the way of us all getting on and having a great time together. I've made friends with people across all teams during this event and the only issue I have now is deciding who to cheer for in chat lol (solution: you get a cheer, and you get a cheer, EVERYBODY GETS A CHEER).

I also want to chime in and agree with what everyone has said so far. I really like how even if we don’t have a lot or any of the games, that there is still some things for everyone to do to help their team. The event itself is really enjoyable as well as the great sportmanship. I really have been enjoying the banter even though I’m not very good at it myself . I’ve been extremely stressed the last several months and mentally am not in the best place; this tournament has helped release some of this stress and have fun . So i want to really thank each staff member for their hard work into this event and for making this so fun. I really appreciate this.

I concur that the staff is over the top amazing for putting this together and hosting this. It must have taken a lot of effort to organize and I imagine it’s still taking a lot of effort to get through. I’m not surprised though. The TBT staff is the best there is!

I never understood before how addicting forum life can be; and I always thought the obsessive quality to it would be horrible for my life, but this place has been so nurturing thanks to the way these events are handled and the kind community supporting them. Really BIG THANKS to the staff, who has shown a creative skill in event planning and logistics that deserves more accolades.

This really has been a great event so far! I feel the same as Toska here. I was afraid I'd be struggling getting into the spirit of it with my closest friends being split up into the other teams, but this has really helped me come out of my shell a bit, with cheering on and getting to know my teammates. Participating in games was my biggest worry, but I've been having so much fun participating in the Smash friendlies. I've been really enjoying drawing random green things daily too haha. I nice breather from the usual Animal Crossing art.

Staff has been putting in so much work, super grateful and super thankful!
