It seems we haven't had much of a chance to talk about this guy.
This is Todd.
Todd is an original character to the series who is not found in the Animal Crossing video games. He is the cold, cynical father of Redd who owns the local store as well as nearly every building in town. You could say he practically owns the town.
You might notice he seems to wear far more clothes than the other citizens. Perhaps the amount of clothing the animals in this world wear is a sort of status symbol?
