The best school moment ever

I accidentally mentioned how I played AC in my Italian class and the guy next to me was like 'oh right...'
And then this other guy, who's kinda popular, turns around and goes "Aw, you got the new one?"
"Yeah"
"New Leaf? I heard it's awesome"
"Yeah it is"
"I kinda want it"


Made my day. Anyone else have this?

Ha, I've been out of school for a bit now but this post totally reminded me of a similar experience I had when the original Animal Crossing on GameCube was out. I used to talk about it a lot with other kids in Spanish class, and I remember telling all my friends about how money was called bells. I think I even brought in the strategy guide to class once which is how I found out some of the other kids played. Pretty dorky.

One of my friends at uni bought a 3DS and I gifted him a copy of ACNL with that PAL region 3DS XL currently going on. Didn't expect him to play it as much as he is. He loves displaying fish in his basement, lol.
