Hello, hello! After experimenting with my previous island, Hurawalhi, I decided to also do a journal with my newest island, Fogford. I don't have photos yet, so here's a simple description of the island.
Fogford is an island hidden deep in a forest of luminous mushrooms, said to once be inhabited by fairies. In fact, remnants of fairies can still be seen around the island if one were to look hard enough. Because of its wet soils and general darkness, mushrooms grow all along this strange island. It may seem plain and gloomy, but its purpose is for the weary and those seeking refuge from vibrant life and bright city lights to come and rest, whether that be just for a while or, perhaps, permanently. Fogford is an island where residents can feel one with nature, as well as calm their nerves with dreamy scenery. Or, perhaps, if they're feeling in the mood for fun, they may visit the arcade, the jazz club, or even stop by Resident Representative Maddie's "man cave" basement to play some video games or watch a sports competition.
