The IRC needs moderation

If an op can't be around 24/7 then it's probably a good idea to put some temp ops in their place at lower levels to deal with things like spam. It hasn't even been a full 2 days and there's already been spam out the wazoo. I'm posting this here to give the Moderators on the forums (Jeremy I'm lookin at you) a heads-up.

Better now before spam hits the roof. Trust me on this one. The more populated an irc channel is the higher the chance of spam.

I agree, a few ops would do wonders. Not only could they deal with the spammers we've had but people always listen to people with power, therefore it'd be easier to tell people to read the guide and how to change their nicknames, etc.

I nominate Zr for op, her IRC experience is insane so she knows what she's doing, plus she's always in there.
