This trick works for Animal Crossing: WIld World, City Folk, and I think I got it to work once on Population Growing. (Don't quote me on that.) With this technique you can get 8,500 bells everyday. All you need is a shovel. In your town you should find rocks in the ground. One of these rocks has 8,500 bells in it. You just gotta find the right one. All you do is hit the rock with your shovel. There's only one problem: each time you hit the rock, you get pushed further away from it, and when you start hitting the rock, you only have a few seconds to get all 8,500 bells out of it. When time runs out, you can't get the money out of it anymore. That's where this technique comes in:
Step 1: Stand to the right or to the left of the rock.
Step 2: Dig one hole behind you and another toward the north.
Step 3: Hit the rock and see if you've got the right one. If it isn't try another one.
Step 4: When you find the right one, tap the A button like a mad man until you hear the matio 1-up get sound 3 times.
Step 5: Pick up your 8,500 bells and enjoy.
