The red pikmin hat?

I think I read on the nintendo website that todday was the last day for europe to get a red pikmin hat...but I still haven't got one yet.
I put WiiConnect24 on but how come I still don't have it?
Do I have to possibly wait another week?
If i still dont get it will someone let me calog it please?

on the nintendo uk site it says the last day is February 19th...

i know but i prefer to have my Wii hack free. I had the Homebrew channel at one time but then I deleted it (which scared the pants off me) and vowed never to do such a thing to my Wii again :veryhappy:

Yeah...I realise that now...
I just figured out why i didn't get it!
If you turn your wii off no DLC items can get to you!
