Here's how it goes:
Somebody says a rule, while following it.
The next person makes a rule, while following every rule that comes before them.
If two rules are opposite, neither is a rule anymore.
If somebody makes a rule, they overwrite their previous rule
EXAMPLE:

Player 2:rule:YouNoUseGrammers

Player 3: rule:YOUNEEDSALLCAPS
