The newspaper is back in business, and here with another town. Mayor Eva has returned along with Pelly, now in charge of Snowhill!
Leif has opened his Garden Shop in the Main Street Shopping area.

Pelly: I'm happy Mayor Eva is back with us. Since I moved to Snowhill, it's been a bit dull. But Mayor Eva has gone so far for our lovely town!!!! As for Leif, I'm glad he's back for us. I need some more flowers!
Mayor Eva: Personally, I took the job as the mayor again because, well, look at how Sunville turned out! It was beautiful, and I hope Snowhill can go the same way.
