Hello Everyone and welcome to the third official Writers' Guild Contest! This time you are to let your imagination run wild with the holiday season. I want you to write a story about this holiday season (yes, it can have doomsday allusions as well). I'm looking forward to seeing your amazing stories! Good luck and happy holidays!

WARNING: If you are interested in joining this contest, I encourage you to join the Writers' Guild as this is a guild contest (although you don't have to join the guild to participate). You will Also need to apply (so I know who is participating). To apply, just leave a comment saying you will join the contest and I will be expecting a story from you! Contest starts today December 4th and lasts until December 21st. First place prized for the Nintendo of America districts need to be redeemed by (DATE NOT DECIDED).

Directions:
Write a December winter holiday story. There is no official limit to how long it can be but don't make it too short (that doesn't mean you have to give me 8 pages of a story…but if you'd like to, that's fine with me). You may send them to me through PM or link them to me though PM (if using a file share like Google docs). Winners stories will be posted on the thread at the end of the contest.

I'd like to enter, is there a bottom word limit? It's just that I'll only have lunch times at college to write stuff as I have tons of coursework... Is it likely there will be a better prize for those outside of America? (TBT bells doesn't really sound as great as a game code...)
