Thinking of resetting my town once again...

Nothing's really wrong in my town and I'm pretty happy with my current villagers but if I redo my town I could fully utilize the villager reset trick to get my dreamies at once(and get a possibly better map).

Should I reset or not?

I wouldnt reset if you don't dislike your current town, with abit of patience you can definitely get the villagers you'd like anyway, and as sorrynotsorry said. Getting them straight away would be boring, its nice to receive them once you've took all the time to search and retrieve them yourself.

Definitely agree with everyone else. Personally, I think it's more important that you have a town layout that you love and can really utilise and work with instead of having all of your dreamies at once. Villagers can always be moved in at a later date with giveaways and auctions and such, whereas you only get one shot at your town layout, and if you already like that I don't see the point in resetting. Nevertheless, if you're set on resetting, make sure you're not rash about it and don't decide it on a whim. Think over it carefully and then make a decision :3

I'm not really sure I'm liking my town layout though. I've been thinking about making paths but my villagers have awkward placings.

villagers come and go, you can wait til they leave and put your path. If they're a dreamie, u could have someone hold them for you while you cycle out 16 villagers as well.

agree with everyone else. i would reset like crazy until i got so tired of looking for the "perfect" map.. eventually you just learn to love your town and the layout and all the little quirks!

I think only you can know if you should reset or not. I have reset twice (once after 200 hours, and once after 365 hours), and I am glad I did. But I had to think about it a long time so that I was sure, before I reset. You can't go back, except in the dream suite.

I've reset lots of times and I regret it, totally. All the hours and hard work that's gone into your town is all gone. And the unique thing about AC is making what is not perfect into something that it perfect. However, if your not enjoying playing your current game, then I'd say go for it! There's no point in playing if you don't enjoy it
