Okay i'm going to try to phrase this as best i can well i had pre-ordered the DLC for Pokemon Scarlet well yesterday my Switch Lite crapped the bed i can't turn it on or anything so here's the stupid question that i have it won't be anytime soon that i'll be able to but if i were to get a new switch lite will the DLC still be on the game cartridge or will i have to repurchase the DLC ?

I don't have experience with having to replace a Switch or all of the matters surrounding that. However, I recall it being said back in the day that unlike 3DS cartridges where game saves are tied to the cartridge, Switch games save to the Switch internal memory and/or the Switch's SD card. The matter came up on the forums when people found out that we could only have one New Horizons island per Switch, whereas you could have multiple New Leaf towns on the 3DS so long as you had multiple copies of the game.
I don't know what all steps you'd need to take with getting the account stuff figured out, moving the SD card to a new Switch, etc. but I would figure Corrie is correct that it would just be tied to your account. You might need to redownload the DLC on the new system but probably shouldn't need to repurchase.

The DLC and game saves are stored either in your Switch’s system memory or SD card. I’ve bought and sold three different physical copies of Breath of the Wild and recently bought a fourth copy and everything was stillas I had left the game including the DLC. As long as you use the same account and user, you’ll keep everything no matter if you lose the game and buy a new or digital copy or permanently delete the game from the system settings.

Okay yeah the copy of Pokemon Scarlet that i have is a physical copy in fact all my games are physical copies also sadly i never had a microsd card but the last part of your answer has reassured me i mean it'll suck too lose all that progress that i made like finally completing the Pokedex and the few 7 star tera raid pokemon that i have like : Pikachu, Greninja, Walking Wake, Iron Leaves and i had just got
Decidueye and was in the process of trying to get a shiny Rowlet. But as long as the DLC is still there and all i got to do is redownload then so be it
. So with that being said is will the Hisuian Zoroark code that came with the DLC still be good or was that a 1 time thing cause i already used the code and after so many eggs i finally got my precious shiny baby Hisuian Zorua

Yeah i never had an microsd card i was thinking about it but changed my mind cause i just assumed that i never one cause all my games are the physical copies and i assumed that microsd cards were just for digital games i mean that's what i saw on Google. I don't know maybe one day whenever i'm able to get a new switch lite i'll get a microsd card so which one is the best when it comes to microsd cards like can i use any kind or does it have to be for whatever kind of Switch you have like i said i have the Lite version.
