Those signatures...?

Ok so I've been on TBT since October, and since then I have noticed that some people have certain signatures that say something like "Mayor *name* of *name*" and in it the picture has a list of their villagers and maybe an animation.. I have been wondering how to get those, if you still can? I still am kinda confused on what the things like the "shop" are, and I barely today found out how to get TBT bells. Thanks for your help! *takes bow, accidentally drops mic, and falls off stage*

It's been less than two hours and it was easily still on the first page. However, you have succeeded at getting a response more quickly.

You can create your own using GIMP and some skills or just hit up the Museum Shop.

A r i a n e is usually the one that makes them, but there is some other people who make them too! Check out the museum shop and you'll find some people selling them
