You could time-travel, and use the 'transfer thought bubble' trick described above. Quitting the game without saving if the 'wrong' villager wants to leave, this will leave a bigger chance for another villager to be picked the next day.
Here is a Twitter thread with some datamining that describes the rules for villagers moving. There's two things you could do to hopefully get the random picks to be in your favor:
- Increase your friendship with other villagers, by giving them gifts (wrapped stacks of non-native fruit often do well). Increased friendship means less chance a villager will be randomly picked to move out. Increasing friendship with other villagers is more effective than decreasing friendship with the ones you want to move out!
- Stop talking with the villagers you want to move out. The first time you talk to them each day increases their friendship level and as such decreases their chances of being picked for moving out. If you can, gift these villagers garbage or spoiled turnips, or hit them with your net until they are upset: These things decrease your friendship with them and will slightly increase their chance of moving out.
