title color change help D:

I honestly have no idea where to put this or where to ask it, so I'm gonna take a guess and hope this is right. ;-;
I just bought a user title color change and it didn't work...at all. From what I can see, there's no way to do it again without repurchasing, but I just wasted 220 TBT on something that didn't actually work in the first place.
Basically, is there something I'm missing in terms of how to get it to work...? Or am I just out the 220 TBT?

And yes, I did 'configure' it and everything, I entered the hex code and hit save, it's just that nothing happened.​

Did you make sure the "active" box is checked?
Also under configure does it say "N/A" now?? Just to make sure that your configuration actually went through. D:

Yep, the active box is checked and the configuration does say N/A as well. :c​

Your title actually looks a little lighter than the original colour. ;o; It may just be my screen though, hmm. It's definitely just my screen. Ignore that....
What was the hex code you used?

I honestly don't remember exactly because I looked it up on Google, but I do remember it looked fine in the preview so I didn't think there would be any issue :c​

I don't have the option to change the color, just to change the title itself.​
