Rules:
-Only "Lurking for" Posts about Villagers who are currently in my town! I will not pay attention to the others
-Lurkers get priority based on First come first serve: so order of listed Lurkers does mean something... the first one to post "Lurking for Tangy" gets 15 minutes by themselves before the second lurker gets a chance to buy said villager and so forth until all lurkers have had 15 minutes before opening to the public, However first lurker can pick up villager whenever.
-Sending 25 TBT at any time (even if a villager has lurkers) automatically gets you 24 hrs to respond to my PM to start setting up a time for pick up! If you don't have very good times to pick up then I may refund your 25 TBT and move on... IF you don't respond within 24 hrs of me PMing you then your reserve is mine
-Prices are subject to change whenever, but know I'm not trying to extort all your money, my prices are reasonable for the popularity listed... I change based on what I want more (TBT vs IGB) I will always tell you price when I message you. Listed prices are non-negotiable
-ONLY ACCEPTING TBT RIGHT NOW, PLEASE BE AWARE OF THAT BEFORE TRYING TO NEGOTIATE
-I will frequently need people to help transfer items out of my cycling town to other towns, inquire about this in a PM to get yourself a discount or other perks
-If I have a villager with no interest a separate post will probably be made, Auctions for popular villagers will be held after all lurkers have been contacted
-I may do reserves for other reasons, people who have helped me or been nice across the forums... sorry, my thread and I can do what I want
-I speed cycle most of the time and void Tier 4 and 5 Villagers frequently, so if you see someone you like please let me know on this thread!
