Tomodachi life: my look alike me needs a sweetheart

I have had the game for almost two years and no one has confessed their love to me, I have had minis try to pair me with others before but it wouldent end in me and the other mii becoming sweethearts. Any tips to make it go faster?

My best friend is my brother. But it’s weird cause me and him are “kinda getting along” and are best friends, but my mii has 3 friends that are “best buds!” But they arnt best friends.

I have a random mii and she had 3 bfs and every time she said that she isn't getting alone with her bf, I always say move on, rn she got no bf.
And check the list again to see if your best bud with any girl, and always do the love test to see if your getting close to a sweetheart. But you can make another new female mii and have her be best bud with you and maybe she will become your sweetheart.
