I didn't make this just because Jas0n did. I've been wanting to do this for a while, but I gave up.

What do you guys think?

Try brightening up the render to make it more noticeable. Also, try organizing the C4D's in a pattern, not an uncoordinated glob to improve the flow.

I was trying to brighten it up, but it brightened it all up. :/

Use your free select tool or path selection to select totodile, (Or simply select the layer he's on) and then brighten.

I probably should wait for suggestions before I close Gimp...

I'll try Free Selecting him though. I'll re-upload it in like 5-10 minutes.

Save as a .xcf, that way you can open it up with all the layers and settings intact, even after closing GIMP.

Hmm... Thanks for the tip.

I added the second version.

That's really nice. ^^ I really like it. =3

The only thing I can see wrong is that the shadow seems a bit too strong... But other than that, it's great. =)

Yeah, I added two drop shadows because one just seemed too gray.

i really like the drop shadow behind it.
but it still could be brighter, its still kind of dark.
and maybe the background can kinda mix and match in with the render.
