town donation question! answer me fast!

i just donated 1mill to my town fund, and ordered the bridge
and the next month( i time traveled) i got the box of tissues,bridge, and shopping card.
when i am i supposed to get feathers,fountain, and lighthouse/windmill???
do i have to donate the amount of bells seperate times? somebody help me quick! because i want the lighthouse REEEAALLYY bad.. :O :O

you have to pay for the bridge which is 200k
and then the fountain for 400k
and then the windmill for 1million.
all in that order.

like the first time you donate, lets say you donate 1 million, you will only get the bridge.

^^this. 200k went to the bridge and 800k went into a Swiss bank account Tortimer has. You have to wait until each item is built before donating the next amount for the next item. And it takes a week for them to build each item, but since you TT that's not much of an issue.

That Tortimer... he's gonna retire is STYLE some day thanks to Pelly's mis-management of the Town Fund.

Yeah. I can't stress this enough. ONLY DONATE FOR ONE FEATURE AT A TIME!
And also, you can't even get feathers from donating. You get them from saving money in the bank account in City Folk.

Last give 1mil for your windmill / lighthouse
