Does your town rating go up instantly (let’s say I do a bunch of stuff to make it go up ex. Plant trees, flowers, fences, and furni)
Does it go up instantly or does it take until the next day to update?

I can confirm I started today with a rank 1 town, and this afternoon, I had a rank 2 town. I'm not sure if it goes up based on the objects you place in town, or if every 6 hours (for example) maybe your town rating refreshes and can go up then?
