Buying Town Starter Pack!

I recently just restarted my old town, and now started fresh! So i have nothing... And i'm looking to buy (if possible) all of the necessary things i could need for my new life in Moo Shu. If it's possible,i would like to buy all of these items at once, and with tbt since i have no igb. I have another town, and i have these items but i don't have enough for both towns. So, this is what i need:

1 Full set of golden tools (net, rod, slingshot, watering can, ax, shovel, and a swimsuit (swimsuit is optional, but i would appreciate it!))

Identified fossils (I want to start early on completing my museum, so i'll appreciate as many fossils as you can give me, identified, but no duplicates, please)

Cataloging (I'll need as much furniture as you can give me, to catalog) (I also want to start early on getting badges, so i want to catalog as many hings as you can give me)

Town Visits (I'd also appreciate if you could do some town visits, as many as you'd like, i don't know how to pay you for that though, but for free would really be appreciated it)

I don't know how much EVERYTHING from here would be, but i'd give about 10-100tbt if it's enough for all of this help. Thank you! And have a nice day from Kame, from Moo Shu.

Ugh, I started over myself and starting to fill my catalog daily with buying everything that I need to fill it up. I can just leave it on the gate plaza for you to catalog for free.
