I have it open but you cant use retail in someone elses town on wifi?

I can retail something for you for a small fee like 500bells plus the cost of the retail which is from around 100 to 300 bells <-- when he re does it and its finished you can come pick up finished product?

You can sell stuff to NPC, just not with flea market.
