Trading Trading Francine, looking for Freya

My town is timelocked because of Pokemon X and it's about time I go back into it, but before I get my town up to date, I must part with one of my villagers.

Francine the rabbit wants to move, and I want to trade her for Freya. If I don't ever find I trade I may trade her for bells but I'm not so sure.

I don't have a set time yet, so right now it's whoever has Freya first. My town is pretty much full so I'll have to trade Francine over first.
