Transferred tbt to wrong username

I transferred 10 tbt to a wrong user. There was only one letter different in the name. I already sent another 10 tbt to the right user but I would like to get the other 10 tbt back. I can't mail this user because he's inactive, his last login was in 2015.

We have a bell correction form for this type of thing in the Contact the Staff board. However, there is a 10 bell fee for this, so it would unfortunately not be worth getting fixed.
