Yes, I saw the custom design "icon" when she was laying down paths. So probably yes

Oh wow good catch! That's really exciting, especially for paths. Finally I can make cute stepping stones without awkward grass corners.

Also, looking at the video again -- there are a HUGE number of pattern spots!! Each row is 5 across, we can see 5 and a half rows, and the scrollbar looks to be showing half of the total spaces, so assuming 10 rows total -- that's 50 unique patterns!!
