Tree chopper

I restarted my town recently and I want to start work on beautyfying it quite soon. Wouldsomeone with a golden axe come and chop down all of the trees in my town?
I have plenty of bells, so i would pay.

Also, does anyone have any recommendations for nice paths that i could lay down? I would like one that is 2 wide, to give me enough room to run.
