TT back to turkey day?

I wasn't able to play animal crossing very much during the second half of 2020 due to some personal issues, but now that I have the time, I really wanted to go back and experience what I missed. I time traveled back to November 1, 2020 and have been slowly making my way forward, but when I hit November 26th, Turkey Day just wasn't there? I tried time traveling just one day forward and then back to try to get to the event, but no luck. I'm super bummed because I was really looking forward to the furniture items and the game. Am I doing something wrong?

Have you tried time traveling to Turkey day for 2021? It seems that only one year will have the event at a time for some reason.

That is so strange! I've time-traveled back to events before, and they were always there. Perhaps because they added Halloween items for 2021 (like they did for Bunny Day,) they already removed the event from last year.

Last year around the middle/end of the year I had started to have more time to play again and I hadn't played the bunny day event at all cause I had a loss in the family around Easter. So I tried to tt back and I was able to play the whole bunny day event it was there still so surely it should let you play this years bunny year unless Nintendo did something in the newer updates where you cant do that anymore??

Nintendo has been releasing Holidays for 1 year at a time and removing them as the next moves in. If the patten continues, sometime early next year, you will not be able to TT to Bunny Day 2021.
