Turnip TTing

Does TT ruin turnips? I know it does if you go backwards, but does it if you just go forwards 1 day at a time? And not going past the next Sunday either.

As far as I know, everyone says TT'ing will ruin your turnips, but if you use the DS time and TT - as long as you stay within a week of buying, you can TT.

This wouldn't be true, as I have TT'd forward a few days with turnips and none of them rotted. Now TT'ing backwards is a different story.

I TT'd once with the 3ds' clock. You can ONLY go forward, so no going backward at all.

When I first started and didn't know about the turnips rotting in TT, I was TTing 1 day at a time to unlock some stuff.. And mine turned rotten, so I believe when it says any TT it means any. (now I don't buy turnips because I time travel too much x3)

edit* saw some of the other posts, could have been I TT'd back to the original day and that's how they rotted.

Yup, as the others have said, forward (as long as you don't pass Sunday) is fine, but going backwards will cause them to rot.

I tested it out, they dont rott if you TT it could be a day or two wont rott but by the time they DO rott they will

Aah, seems like I was also unsure, haha! Sorry if I mislead you. I TT-ed forward, not backwards, and my turnips rotted. I don't know what happened.

I TT'd everyday until Thursday and it was fine. It was my first time selling turnips, but I ended up making a profit.

I have TT'd forward often with turnips, they've never rotted unless I went past Saturday.
Don't forget to check both prices each day - prices change at noon.

Don't go backwards even one minute. That will rot them. I TT'd a lot with turnips, just to experiment. Whether you use ds time or game time, forward is ok, backwards rots them.

So - DO NOT GO BACKWARDS. DO NOT GO PAST SATURDAY.

Maybe you went past the "sell by" date.

Not true. That was in the past Animal Crossings. This one has less TTing restrictions.
Only going backwards will mess up your turnips.
