For anyone who comes: It's a new town. Re-Tail shop is on the right (east). You get there pretty quickly after arriving from the Train Station. I laid out red pathway to guide you there.

My game's town's time is after 01:00 p.m. (I do TTs.) I'll be keeping it until short of 05:00 p.m. Then I'll roll it back. It should be no problem staying @ 527 bells.
