Upon commissioning me, you're agreeing to my TOS. I believe my TOS is quite simple and straightforward, but please feel free to ask my any questions! I'll definitely update my TOS as needed.
Commission Procedure
1. Before accepting the commission, I will give you a quote and an estimated turnover time. I will also ask you any questions I may have.
2. Any commissions over $30 or requested will have a sketch sent for approval before payment.
3. After sketch is approved, I will ask for your payment to send and invoice. I will not work any further on the commission until I have received the payment.
4. When the commission piece(s) is completed, I'll send a message via PM with a link to the completed image.
Artist Rights
1. Turnover time will vary depending on what is commissioned and my personal schedule.
2. I reserve the right to reject a commission due to either my schedule, or the subject is something I refuse to draw.
3. Please do not try to haggle prices. More often than not, a lot more time goes into the commission that what I ask for.
Customer/Client Rights
1. As a customer/client, you're allowed to ask for a progress image at any point in time. Please ask within reasonable intervals.
2. You have the right to ask for a quote at any point in time.
3. During the sketch, any major changes will allowed, but once it is approved and further progress has been made, a full refund will no longer be allowed. Refund will be determined by the amount of progress made.
4. When I send the completed image, anything that I forgotten or made a mistake can be added on without any extra charge.
