1) Can you catalog DIY cards?

2) Say I dont fully upgrade my house and stopped paying the loands, I am not paying the 350K loan yet, WIll i still get the upgrades like Ables, Kicks, etc. etc or will it hamper my progress?

2) You can still get the shops, you just unlock certain exterior upgrades (exterior wall, mailbox, door, roof) when you pay off the loans
