Two wierd trees

I have two trees in my town that always have 100 bells in. Has this happened to any of you guys

Then your rich! . This happened to me once. Random trees though . Some might even give furniture. If im not mistaken

the more non-fruit trees you have the more random the money will be that falls from which ones.
before we started on a perfect town, we had more fruit trees than the normal ones and had just enough to get bells from all of them and 3 bees, as we added more, the bells started becoming more random on which trees.
