UK Case is late

So I was told that the case and accessories would be late, but it's been a fair while and I don't know what to do since my uncle pre ordered it. Any ideas?

It should still be coming kisskissfall-inlove as I received an email from Nintendo UK Official Store about the item.
The email message stated the following:

"Dear Jason Burrows

Thanks for placing your order with us

We are sorry that the product(s) below has not yet been sent.

Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer Kit for Nintendo 3DS

We are following this up and we will keep you updated on the status of your order.

You can check the status yourself by clicking on order history in your account pages."

Before I canceled my pre order from them they said it SHOULD BE sent out by late october, since the album was delayed until the 23rd the case might be sent that same time as well!

That makes sense I was just slightly worried since I couldn't check the status, owing to the fact it wasn't me who ordered it
