I'm currently trying to unlock the pillars and counters for my second character after I finally managed to unlock them for my main character. However, despite the fact that I already designed enough houses (according to the internet) to get the DIYs for them from Nico, I still don't have them. I know at some point Nico invites you to the school and teaches you there about DIYs (as far as I can remember) which he did with my main character but not with my second character. Are there any things you have to fulfill first before you get the DIYs for the pillars and counters? I already managed to get the partition walls, have about 17 houses designed as well as the school, café and restaurant (which I didn't make with my main character yet). Not sure if I overlook anything which I did with my main to get them. :/
