Unread Visitor Message

I have an unread visitor message notification and it doesn?t go away! I?ve had it since last year before my break. I saw that Jake helped someone else with this problem and replied in that thread but mine hasn?t been resolved so I?m hoping a new post will bring attention to it.

Hi, have you already tried deleting your most recent visitor message in order to fix it yourself?
