Update on day/night banners?

I know that the staff said they were working on an updated day/night banner and they wanted to make it more intricate so it would be a few months before it's out.

So what's the status on this? I don't mean to rush the staff but seeing the daytime banner at night really does burn my eyes lol.

It did! It was really nice and the dark blue was very soothing to the eye. Even if it isn't a day and night timer swap maybe just day and night themes would be cool

Does the night banner have stars??

There were not only Day and Night variations, but also fun additions and edits throughout the year. Different seasonal appearances (a pink Cherry Blossom tree in Spring, brownish grass and leaves on the tree in Autumn, snow in Winter), special characters showing up depending on holidays or forum events (Zipper T. Bunny for Easter/Bunny Day, for example), and even a unique appearance for a section of the forums called The Woods that shows up around Halloween and on Friday the 13ths throughout the year. It's really neat and livens up the forum.

Hopefully we'll see all of these aspects return sooner than later, but I can definitely understand it being more complicated to implement on TBT 3.0 than we're privy to.

Wasn't there an evening banner too? I remember a sunset background. I have really bad memory so I may be wrong, but I remember that in the morning it was a blue sky like this, then a sunset during the evenings, then dark and starry for the night.

Yeah there were a couple ones depending on your actual time, don't remember all but I for sure miss it even though I'm not as active.

I've been wondering this too, I come on here alot at night so it's kinda weird seeing a bright as day banner. I also miss the sunset banner it was so pretty
