There's nothing really wrong with buying something from someone and then reselling it. I mean, if you agreed to trade those items and received your payment, then it shouldn't really matter to you what happens to those items afterward. I think it would be a dick move to sell something you receive in a giveaway, but if you trade for something you should be able to do whatever you want with it.
